Lost in Translation (feat. murdered quotes, which is always nice)

I just murdered a bunch of really nice book quotes.

Kill your darlings, as they say. Stuff them in a bag and let Google Translate end them, as they say.  someone must have said this, i’m sure.

But let me explain myself… Skipping over the gory details (simply because there are none), I just… gave Malinda’s Google Translate craziness a try??

SO. If you’ve ever watched some of Malinda’s videos (and if you haven’t, you can check them out over here), you’ll know the whole thing goes more or less like this:

  1. You put a bit of normal something into Google Translate
  2. Translate it into any random language
  3. Do it again
  4. And again…
  5. And again…
  6. One too many times…
  7. Into too many languages…
  8. Until finally…
  9. You translate back into English
  10. And take in the resulting weirdness

I thought this would be a  terrible  insane  absurd  nice thing to try out with book quotes… So here we are.
